Build worlds from your phone

Three mobile videogame worlds created in Storycraft - the world's first player-generated content mobile game

A post-apocalyptic wasteland with cybernetic guard dogs. A cozy, pastel-colored town with toy-cat houses. A frozen kingdom of high fantasy where warriors defend the wall against mythical beasts while animal folk hawk their wares in a bustling market square.

These are the worlds of Storycraft.

In this post, I’ll share a selection of worlds players built during the Storycraft alpha test. Storycraft is a mobile, multiplayer sandbox simulation game that lets players craft worlds, create characters, and make stories together.

The game’s core creative feature is an AI-driven crafting system that lets you invent your own recipes or characters using plain English text and place them directly into the 2.5D game world.

Download Storycraft today and try it for free (iOS only). If you test the early build of Storycraft right now you can add your own world to the ever-expanding Map.

📱
Note: You'll need an iOS device with TestFlight installed to play Storycraft. TestFlight is a free app that lets you try games and apps before they launch. It's easy to install and the next screen will give you instructions.

Beware the sand-people raiders

A post-apocalyptic desert world created on Storycraft.

Wastlanders by player @Trogin is a post-apocalyptic desert where you’ll encounter refurbished cybernetic guard dogs, Mad-Max style monster vehicles, and a sleepy guy named Sleepy Joe. The residents are anxious about the constant threat of sand-people raiders.

My favorite landscape feature is the rusted watchtowers dotting the town - a constant reminder of the enemy’s presence.

A warm sip of tea on a spring day

A cozy, animal-crossing style world created on Storycraft.

Teddtopia by @Teddy is a cozy, playful, pastel town where you’ll meet friendly humans, animal folk, and the jovial leader Teddy Waddleton.

My favorite landscape feature is the pink houses with cat ears. It’s a super original creation!

At the edge of the frozen world

A medieval fantasy world created on Storycraft.

Tristan by player @Lorall is a medieval kingdom of high fantasy set in an icy tundra. Make your way into town, just north of the Smoldering Anvil and you can talk to Carsten Timberclaw, a master caribou carpenter.

This world is filled with medieval-themed market stalls, taverns, and forges - you can practically feel the warmth of the crackling bonfires as you explore!
